Weather Application
JavaFX desktop application that integrates Open-Meteo API. Features ZIP code lookup, unit conversion, and dynamic background images based on weather conditions.
Aspiring AI engineer who loves building and breaking software.
“Technology is a soaring exercise of the human imagination.” — Daniel Bell
My name is Cohen Gallagher. I'm an aspiring AI engineer who learns best by building things. I like working close to the code by designing systems, writing software, breaking it, fixing it, and figuring out why it works the way it does.
Right now, my focus is on getting strong at development fundamentals while exploring how AI fits into real, practical applications. I'm especially interested in building tools that are useful, scalable, and deployable, not just demos that live in a notebook forever.
I enjoy tackling problems that sit at the intersection of software, systems, and automation. Whether it's backend logic, APIs, workflows, or experimenting with AI-driven features, I care about understanding how everything connects end-to-end.
This site is where I share what I'm building, what I'm learning, and how I'm growing as an engineer. While I am still young, I am ambitious. I am actively taking courses to grow my expertise in the field, so I can build real, scalable systems.

Windows Forms ticketing system with CRUD for Clients, Technicians, Categories, and Tickets. Uses SQL Server and repository-based data access.
AI-driven call workflow automating patient verification and the full appointment lifecycle for a healthcare practice. Structured prompt logic, webhook integrations with validation and fallback handling.
Role-based checklist app for managing standardized tasks across new location openings. Supports admin, on-site, and remote workflows.
I design and maintain AI-driven voice automation systems used in live production environments. My work focuses on structured prompt engineering, conversational state management, and workflow orchestration to support real-world enterprise use cases.
I help deliver and optimize AI solutions by iterating on prompt logic, tuning workflows, integrating APIs and webhooks, and testing system behavior to ensure reliability and performance for client deployments.
I provided remote troubleshooting and technical support across client systems, networks, and peripherals within a multi-tenant MSP environment. My role involved resolving escalated issues, managing user access, and deploying software through RMM and PSA tools.
I also supported senior technicians with infrastructure maintenance and issue resolution, gaining hands-on experience in systems administration and operational IT workflows.
GPA: 3.9. Coursework focuses on software development, web applications, databases, and information security fundamentals. Hands-on experience building applications, working with structured data, and understanding secure system design.
